Using CMS, Principals can overcome the difficulty of addressing one single classroom located on a specific floor or random classrooms in an entire School by dialling multiples of classrooms in one go. They can start Zone announcements by using the “One Touch Zone Button” feature that can be programmed to include specific classrooms on specific floors and announce important messages. The CMS system consist of two mail modules:

  • The Master CMS module in the Principal office and or Auditorium and or Security Officer. 
  • The Slave CMS at Classroom, Corridors, Auditorium, Labs & Playground. 

CMS also becomes a tool to make sure classes are running on time with designated teachers. Principals can monitor classes that Students activity present in the class and send the message through slave to Master.
